Something ridiculous happened to me before a doctor’s appointment this week that turned into a surprisingly powerful leadership lesson. It involved a bathroom, a stall door that absolutely should have been closed, the lights going completely out, and me realizing something ambitious women eventually have to accept: Judgment will happen anyway.
