Do I Have a Favorite Leader? Not Exactly. Here’s Why.

When asked who my favorite leader is, I usually pause. Not because I can’t think of one, but because I don’t think I’m supposed to have just one.
I don’t have a single favorite leader and that’s intentional.
I’m drawn less to individuals and more to the ways leadership shows up in values, clarity, and impact. I deeply admire leaders who lead with intention, prioritize well-being without sacrificing excellence, and create spaces where others can thrive.
Rather than idolize one person, I focus on helping others develop their own leadership voice.
Leadership to me isn’t about one figure at the top. Leadership is about how we show up for ourselves and each other in meaningful ways.
Who models the kind of leadership you want to bring to the world?
I’d love to hear who inspires you.
