With a doctorate in Organizational Leadership and over a decade of experience in leadership, adult learning and human development, Dr. Wilson empowers professionals, teams, and students to achieve meaningful growth through strengths-based development, strategic rest, and collaborative leadership strategies.
Her innovative approach, including the NAP Framework (Nurture, Assess, Prioritize), helps leaders and teams foster well-being, build resilience, and drive success. Known for her engaging and results-driven workshops, Dr. Wilson brings clarity and actionable solutions to organizations and individuals alike.
